Strategy

an⋅a⋅lyt⋅ic | anlˈitik |

Logic true by virtue of the meaning of the words or concepts used to express it, so that its denial would be a self-contradiction.

Synonyms: systematic, logical, scientific, methodical, left-brained, (well) organized, ordered, orderly, meticulous, rigorous; diagnostic.

The ADGi approach to strategy is analytic; that is we think first and once we have a clear plan of action, we develop.

We think about you, your business, your customers, your products, anything that can affect the user experience. This rationality, this logical approach, influences everything we do.
It is also the catalyst for outstanding solutions that are as effective
as they are creative.

Our strategic toolbox includes competitive analysis, content audit, requirements elicitation, personas. We pride ourselves on constant innovation and improvement in our use of these tools.

We use a concept model to describe the strategy for each project. Our process for this is undeniably messy: we are on the whiteboard, using sticky notes, making sketches of possible solutions on graph paper. It is also collaborative: there is no Creative Director or lead designer calling all the shots; all of the members of the design team participate in the concept-modeling step.

Our analytical apporach to developing the strategy allows us to create a useful, useable, compelling and unique user experience for each and every project.
